Junior League of Reno Celebrates 53rd Annual Poinsettia Luncheon: “An Alpine Adventure”

RENO, Nev. — October 27, 2025 — The Junior League of Reno proudly announces its 53rd Annual Poinsettia Luncheon: An Alpine Adventure — returning this holiday season as one of Northern Nevada’s most beloved and anticipated community traditions. The event will take place on December 4th 2025 at Grand Sierra Resort, bringing together more than 1,000 women from across Northern Nevada for an afternoon of festive elegance, philanthropy, and connection.
The cherished luncheon—featuring stunning table designs, holiday décor, and the signature Après-Ski Sparkle Reception—raises vital funds to support Junior League Reno’s mission of advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact throughout the Northern Nevada region.
“The Poinsettia Luncheon is more than a holiday tradition,” said Alpa Minott, President of the Junior League of Reno. “It’s a celebration of women’s leadership, community connection, and the collective power of giving back.”
A Signature Reno Tradition
Now in its 53rd year, the Poinsettia Luncheon continues to unite over a thousand local leaders, philanthropists, and volunteers in support of the League’s community impact initiatives, ranging from grants and volunteer projects to leadership development programs. Guests will enjoy a gourmet lunch, entertainment, and an inspiring afternoon dedicated to celebrating local impact and sisterhood.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $2,000 to $10,000, with benefits including premium seating, event recognition, and logo placement across digital and printed materials.
